Universal Agreement with CAVOK Finalized
Houston (July 20, 2009) – Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. announced today that Universal’s purchase of a majority interest in Brazilian flight support services provider Cavok Servicos Auxiliares de Transportes Aereos Ltda. (CAVOK) has been finalized.
CAVOK was founded by Mauro Camargo in 2000 and provides Brazilian operators flight support services such as flight planning and obtaining permits, as well as arranging handling, fuel, hotels and more.
